Texas musician Nicky McKibbin has died after finishing third in the opening season of "American Idol" on Sunday. He is 42 years old.
Mckibbin's death was confirmed by her husband, Craig Sadler, who said on Facebook that she was removed from life support on Sunday morning, four days after a brain aneurysm complication. His son, Tristan Langley, said he died at a hospital in Arlington, Texas.
